Deliveries Within Accra
Same-Day Delivery via Yango or Qargo Courier
Free delivery on orders of GH₵2000+
Orders placed before 4 PM are delivered the same day within Accra and surrounding areas. Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Please note: If your item is out of stock or requires customization, we'll notify you of the expected delivery timeline.
Deliveries Outside Accra
Next-Day Shipping via FedEx
FedEx delivery fee applies to all orders (including orders above GH₵2000)
We ship to all regions across Ghana wherever FedEx has coverage. Orders are typically shipped the next business day and delivered within 2-3 business days depending on your location.
Shipping costs are set by FedEx based on your location and distance. Our customer service team will confirm the exact cost with you before processing your order.
Pick Up in Accra
Free for all orders
Prefer to collect your order? Pickup is always free at our East Legon location (close to the Rabito Clinic), regardless of order amount. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection. Search "Nujani" on Google Maps or Apple Maps to find us easily.
Additional Shipping Details
- Customized & Personalized Items: Pieces requiring customization typically take 1-3 business days to complete before shipping. We'll keep you updated on your order status.
- Out of Stock Items: If your item is temporarily out of stock, we'll notify you immediately with an expected restock and delivery date.
- Shipping Costs: Delivery rates are set by our courier partners (Yango, Qargo, and FedEx) based on distance and vehicle availability. Our customer service team will contact you with the exact cost before we process your order.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details so you can follow your jewelry's journey.
- Delivery Hours: Our Accra deliveries typically arrive between 10 AM – 6 PM. FedEx deliveries operate Monday through Saturday.
- Same-Day Cutoff: Orders must be placed before 4 PM for same-day delivery in Accra (subject to stock availability). We close at 6 PM.
- Delivery Attempts: If delivery is unsuccessful, our courier will contact you to arrange redelivery or an alternative collection point.
- Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of exchanges.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Special Occasions: Need your jewelry by a specific date? Contact us at custcare@nujani.com or 0247911300 and we'll do our best to accommodate rush orders.
Exchanges
We want you to love your Nujani pieces! If something isn't quite right, we accept exchanges on unworn items within 3 days of purchase.
How to Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at custcare@nujani.com or call 0247911300 within 3 days of your purchase date
- Get Authorization: We'll provide you with exchange instructions and an authorization number
- Pack Carefully: Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Send It Back: Drop off your exchange at our Accra location or arrange courier pickup
We'll send you your new piece as soon as we receive your original item.
Exchange Guidelines
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- Personalized or customized items cannot be exchanged unless defective
- Exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product
- Exchanges are subject to availability - if your preferred item is out of stock, we'll offer alternative options
- All sales are final - we offer exchanges only, not refunds (except for damaged or defective items)

Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every piece before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at custcare@nujani.com
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Note: Refunds are only available for damaged or defective items. All other sales are final with exchanges only.
